Qualifications:
Technical Skills
· Creation of User Documentation and Training materials based on quickly obtained thorough understanding of underlying technology and application
· Proven experience and participation in complex Information Technology (IT) projects, preferably in the Business Intelligence area
- Extensive experience in creation of technical/user documentation and training materials
- Extensive experience in transferring knowledge to end users on complex IT applications
- Business analysis and testing skills

- Conducting educational sessions to individual users and groups
